THE CORPORATION SHALL DEPLOY SKILL S AND TRAINING TO DISADVANTAGED CITIZENS INCLUDING DISLOCATED WORKERS LOW-INCOME ADULTS YOUTH AND THOSE FORMERLY INCARCERATED NON-VIOLENT AND VICTIMLESS CRIMES INVOLVING PHYSICAL VIOLENCE TOWARDS ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.
