MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM SERVES TO UNITE BUSINESS ENTITIES AS A COMMON VOICE TO ACHIEVE A HIGH STANDARD OF EDUCATION OF ITS MEMBERS. IT SERVES TO KEEP MEMBERS UPDATED ON ALL CHANGES OCCURING IN THE INDUSTRY AND REPRESENTATION. IT ALSO PROVIDES BENEFITS TO OUR MEMBERSHIP, AT A LOWER COST THAN CAN BE ACHIEVED INDIVIDUALLY. IT STRIVES TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY INFORMED AND CREATE A HIGH STANDARD OF QUALITY IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.


BANN-ER AWARDS IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES COMPETITION IN RESIDENTIAL HOME BUILDING. THE AWARD IS BASED ON DESIGN, HABITABILITY AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY. THIS COMPETITION HELPS MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF QUALITY HOMES IN THE COMMUNITY.


MISCELLANEOUS PROGRAMS THAT ARE PROVIDED BASED ON THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY, THE MEMBERS AND THE BUILDING INDUSTRY. THEY INCLUDE SMALLER COMPETITIONS, PROVIDING EDUCATION AT HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL CHILDREN, AND MEMBERS.
