APPROXIMATELY 84 OWNER-OCCUPIED HOMES ARE TO BE BUILT ON A 6.1-ACRE SITE IN MEDFORD, OREGON. THIS PROJECT WILL PROVIDE SAFER HOUSING WITH LONG-TERM BENEFITS IN A MORE ATTRACTIVE, LIVABLE, SECURE, AND STABLE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND WILL INCLUDE COMMON AREA FACILITIES FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES AND CHILDCARE. THE PARTNERHIP MODEL AND COMMUNITY-DESIGN COMPONENT WILL SERVE AS A REPLICABLE PROTOTYPE FOR COMMUNITY-BASED DESIGN ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
