CHANNELED THE FRUSTRATIONS OF THE MAJORITY OF PORTLANDERS FED UP WITH LAWLESSNESS, HOMELESSNESS, AND INACTION FROM LOCAL AND STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS.3. PUT HIRING MORE POLICE, A BAN ON PUBLIC CAMPING, RECRIMINALIZING HARD DRUGS, AND CLEANING UP TRASH AND GRAFFITI AT THE TOP OF THE LOCAL AND STATE POLITICAL AGENDA.4.
