THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE AND FIGHT FOOD INSECURITY BY DEVELOPING A DYNAMIC, REAL-TIME AND GLOBAL LINK BETWEEN THOSE WHO COMMERCIALLY PRODUCE OUR FOOD AND THE INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES WHO NEED IT MOST. THE FOUNDATION'S SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES ARE PROVIDING AID AND SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITIES IN LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC AND/OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY, LINEAGE) OPERATE THAT ARE IN NEED AND QUALIFY FOR ASSITANCE; ELIMINATE FOOD WASTE; REDUCE FOOD INSECURITY; AND/OR PROVIDE HARDSHIP RELIEF TO THE CURRENT OR FUTURE EMPLOYEES OF LINEAGE IN NEED, WHO QUALIFY.

EMPLOYEE HARDSHIP: PROVIDE MONETARY RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO CURRENT AND FUTURE EMPLOYEES AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS (INCLUDING QUALIFYING SURVIVING FAMILY MEMBERS) OF LINEAGE. THE FOUNDATION'S RELIEF ASSISTANCE WILL FOCUS ON AIDING EMPLOYEES FACING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP RESULTING FROM A QUALIFYING CIRCUMSTANCE.
LOCAL GRANT AND OTHER: PROVIDING AID AND SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC AND/OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY, LINEAGE) OPERATE THAT ARE IN NEED AND QUALIFY FOR ASSISTANCE.
LOCAL GRANT - FOOD: DISTRIBUTE FOOD ITEMS TO PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS WHO WORK TO PROVIDE PUBLIC, YEAR-ROUND, RELIABLE, AND SECURE ACCESS TO NUTRITIOUS FOOD.
