NAUVOO DISCOVERY WILL PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR FAMILIES AND TOURISTS IN THE AREAS SURROUNDING NAUVOO, IL THROUGH HISTORICAL EXHIBITS, MUSEUM SPACES, AND GUIDED TOURS. THE NONPROFIT WAS PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS CHILDRENS DISCOVERY LEARNING CENTERS AND HAD THE MISSION TO PROVIDE QUALITY DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION AND CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN AGES 4 WEEKS TO 12 YEARS. THIS PURPOSE IS BEING PHASED OUT AND WILL CEASE OPERATIONS BY 2021.
