BLUELIGHT HEALS IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH USING VARIOUS MODALITIES INCLUDING YOGA AND MEDITATION. OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING THE RESOURCES TO ELEVATE UNDERREPRESENTED VOICES; PROMOTE INTERGENERATIONAL MENTORING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING; CELEBRATE SPIRITUAL DISCOVERY AND GROWTH; AND FOSTER INTERCULTURAL UNDERSTANDING. WE GIVE BACK TO INDIGENOUS TRIBES THROUGH OUR GRANT PROGRAM AROUND THE WORLD AND BRING THEIR INDIGENOUS WISDOM TEACHINGS INTO THE MODERN WORLD THROUGH OUR EDUCATION PROGRAM.
