CONDUCT 1,699 HEALTH SCREENING EVENTS THROUGHOUT WYOMING THAT PROVIDE OVER 44,538 PARTICIPANTS WITH PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION AND COORDINATE 48 COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIRS TO EDUCATE ON A WIDE VARIETY OF HEALTH ISSUES.
PROVIDE LOW COST HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT AND ONGOING HEALTH SUPPORT BASED ON THE ASSESSMENT.
PROVIDE FLU SHOTS TO COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WYOMING.
