BABY AND ME TOBACCO FREE PROGRAM - PREGNANT SMOKERS RECEIVE SMOKING CESSATION COUNSELING AND SUPPORT. BEFORE AND AFTER GIVING BIRTH, THEY ARE CHECKED MONTHLY WITH A CARBON MONOXIDE MONITOR THROUGH THEIR CELL PHONE AND RECEIVE FREE DIAPER VOUCHERS EACH MONTH THEY REMAIN TOBACCO FREE FOR UP TO A YEAR. THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED ACROSS THE STATE OF COLORADO WITH 38 COUNTIES PARTICIPATING.
