THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EDUCATE, AMPLIFY, AND MOBILIZE A NEXT GENERATION OF CIVIC LEADERS IN WORK TOWARDS A DEMOCRACY THAT IS JUST AND INCLUSIVE.

WE HAVE GRADUATED 150+ COLLEGE AGED STUDENTS THROUGH OUR ACTION ACADEMY PROGRAM SINCE 2020 WHERE STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT VOTING RIGHTS HISTORY IN AMERICA. THIS 10 WEEK PROGRAM IS A 100 HR COMMITMENT FROM THE PARTICIPANTS THROUGH SUMMER. WE PAID OUT OVER $75,000 WORTH OF STIPENDS FOR THE STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE THE PROGRAM AND PAID OUT WAGES TO OUR CREW LEAD INTERNS. WE HAVE RAISED $250,000 TO HELP FUND OUR ACTION ACADEMY PROGRAM TO DATE. WE WORK WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SEATTLE AREA PROVIDING CIVICS EDUCATION AND CURRICULUM APPROVED BY THE WA STATE SECRETARY OF STATE. WE ALSO PARTNER WITH THE GOODWILL ORGANIZATION IN THEIR MISSION TO ENGAGE THEIR COMMUNITY THE IMPORTANCE OF VOTING BY LEADING VOTER REGISTRATION CAMPAIGNS AND EFFORTS THROUGHOUT 7 OF THEIR FLAGSHIP STORES. THIS EFFORT EVERY YEAR REGISTERS NEW VOTERS AND HELPS CURRENT VOTERS WITH UPDATING THEIR VOTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION.
