KIDSPAK FOCUSES ON PROVIDING WEEKEND MEALS TO FOOD-INSECURE STUDENTS, ALLOWING THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH PARTNERING WITH OUR SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY, DONORS, AND VOLUNTEERS.

KIDSPAK IS A WEEKEND HUNGER-RELIEF PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS IN THE THOMPSON SCHOOL DISTRICT COMMUNITY, INCLUDING LOVELAND AND BERTHOUD. THE PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT TO PROVIDE MUCH-NEEDED BAGS OF FOOD THAT MEETS THE NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDREN. THE PROGRAM ALSO PARTNERS WITH THE FOOD BANK FOR LARIMER COUNTY TO CREATE A SPECIFIC MENU EACH WEEK TO MEET THESE NEEDS. WE CURRENTLY SERVE 39 SCHOOLS (EARLY CHILDHOOD, ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOLS).DURING THE 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR, 20,023 BAGS WERE PACKED AND DELIVERED TO 550 STUDENTS.
