DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PROVIDE HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES BY HELPING NAVAJO COMMUNITY MEMBERS QUALIFY FOR MORTGAGES. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS FAMILIES BUILD AFFORDABLE HOMES ON HOMESITE LEASES AND IN SUBDIVISIONS.


LOAN SERVICES PROVIDE QUAILITY LOAN PACKING, PREQUALIFICATION, AND LOAN ORIGINATION SERVICES FOR NAVAJO COMMUNITY MEMBERS.


HOME BUYER EDUCATION SERVICES PROVIDE QUALITY HOME BUYER EDUCATION, CONSUMER CREDIT COUNSELING AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT EDUCATION FOR NAVAJO COMMUNITY MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF OBTAINING HOME OWNERSHIP.
