PARTNERSHIP WITH RSTEC WILL ENABLE COSTEP TO DEVELOP AN ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN THAT WILL FUNNEL THE IDEAS, KNOWLEDGE, ENERGIES, RESOURCES AND SUPPORT OF CIVIC, BUSINESS, LABOR, AGRICULTURE, GOVERNMENT AND OTHER LEADERS INTO A PROGRAM OF ECONOMIC PROGRESS IN RIO SOUTH TEXAS. COSTEP HIRED A VICE PRESIDENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO SERVE AS RSTEC'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. COSTEP ALSO COMMENCED FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES AND TRAVEL.
