THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITIES ACT PROGRAM MONIES ARE FEDERAL FUNDS ALLOCATED TO SEAEDD, BY FORMULA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING TRAINING THAT MEETS THE NEEEDS OF BOTH JOB SEEKERS AND EMPLOYERS THROUGHOUT SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS.
THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND PROGRAM WERE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO SEAEDD FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING GRANTS THROUGHOUT SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS WHICH SUPPORT COMMUNITY OR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
