THE GREATER BROWNSVILLE INCENTIVES CORPORATION ENTERED INTO A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH MVP PLASTICS, SA. MVP PLASTICS HAS COMMITTED TO CREATING AND RETAINING NEW JOBS WITH AN AVERAGE PAY OF $15.00 PER HOUR PLUS FRINGED BENEFITS
