PUBLIC ART (FOUNTAIN OF LIGHT & WHO RESCUED WHO) IS A TRIBUTE TO FOUNTAIN HILLS 50 YEARS. PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COMMEMORATE THEIR LOVED ONES ON THIS UNIQUE 45-FOOT LIKENESS OF THE WORLD FAMOUS FOUNTAIN AND A STATUE OF DOG RESCUE.
THE FHCCA NON-PROFIT NETWORK BRINGS TOGETHER LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO SHARE CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS SO WE CAN ALL GROW AND BE MORE EFFECTIVE. WE HOST RETREATS SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR WHERE WE ADDRESS CHALLENGES SUGGESTED BY YOU AND GIVE ORGANIZATION LEADERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE WHAT IS WORKING FOR THEM.
ENCORE FOR MORE IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE LIVES OF THE FOUNTAIN HILLS SENIOR POPULATION IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH, RECREATION AND EDUCATION. THERE IS A WIDE DIVERSITY IN THE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS FINANCIALLY SUPPORTED BY ENCORE, SUCH AS: DONATING A SHED TO THE TOWN TO HOLD DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WHICH IS PROVIDED FREE AND ON LOAN TO NEEDY SENIORS PROVIDING FREE TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL FACILITIES OR MEETINGS IN THE GIVE-A-LIFT PROGRAM ASSISTANCE TO THE HOME DELIVERED MEALS PROGRAM
