THE ORGANIZATION RECRUITED AND MATCHED YOUTH WITH BIG BROTHERS AND SISTERS VOLUNTEERS THROUGHOUT RURAL COMMUNITIES AND TOWNS AND CITIES THROUGHOUT YAVAPAI COUNTY AT NO COST TO THE PARTICIPANTS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SUPPORT TO THE VOLUNTEER, CHILD AND GUARDIANS AS WELL AS IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL EVALUATIONS WITH ALL PARTIES BY PROFESSIONALLY DEGREED AND TRAINED SOCIAL WORKERS, FOSTERING SAFE, MEANINGFUL LIFELONG RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN YOUTH AND THEIR CARING ADULT MENTORS. THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED EXPANSION OF SERVICES TO YOUTH BEYOND AGE 18, UP TO AGE 24, ADDRESSING COMMUNITY NEEDS TO FURTHER SUPPORT DISENGAGED YOUTH. ALSO, THE ORGANIZATION CRAFTED AND IMPLEMENTED VOLUNTEER FOCUSED TRAINING CURRICULUM SUPPORTING SOFT SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR BIGS TO ASSIST THEIR LITTLES, INCLUDING WORKSHOPS, MATERIALS AND DEEPER MATCH SUPPORT.
