THE ARIZONA TOWN HALL IDENTIFIES CRITICAL ISSUES FACING ARIZONA, CREATES THE FORUM FOR EDUCATION AND EXPLORATION OF TOPICS AND FOSTERS CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. ARIZONA TOWN HALL SERVES ALL OF ARIZONA BY BUILDING STRONGER, MORE INFORMED COMMUNITIES AND CREATING CONSENSUS RECOMMENDATIONS ON IMPORTANT POLICY ISSUES. A REPORT IS PUBLISHED EACH YEAR THAT CONTAINS EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THETOPICS AND CONSENSUS RECOMMENDATIONS FROM DIVERSE ARIZONANS. SHORTER SUMMARY PIECES AND RELATED DOCUMENTS ARE ALSO PUBLISHED EACH YEAR. PUBLICATIONS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO BUSINESS, COMMUNITY, GOVERNMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS AS WELL AS TOWN HALLMEMBERS. THEY ARE ALSO USED IN COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONAL CLASSES. THE ARIZONA TOWN HALL CONVENES NUMEROUS PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING COMMUNITY AND FUTURELEADER TOWN HALLS, COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS, TRAININGS AND A STATEWIDE TOWN HALL. THE TOWN HALL ALSO ACTS AS A CONSULTANT TO ENTITIES WHO WISH TO USE ITS PROCESS TO SOLVE ISSUES AND TO ENCOURAGE CONSTRUCTIVE CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT.
