RESEARCH THE ORGANIZATION FOUNDED AND PARTICIPATES IN THE INTERNATIONAL CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA RESEARCH NETWORK, A GLOBAL COLLABORATION OF RESEARCH GROUPS FROM RENOWNED INSTITUTIONS WORKING IN CONCERT TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA ETIOLOGY, PREVENTION, DETECTION, TREATMENT, AND PROGNOSIS. THE NETWORK INCLUDES TRAINED EXPERTS FROM VARIOUS DISCIPLINES, PERSPECTIVES, AND RESEARCH METHODS WHO SHARE A PASSION FOR MAKING SIGNIFICANT SCIENTIFIC ADVANCES TO IMPROVE OUTCOMES FOR PATIENTS WITH CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA. THE ORGANIZATION PIONEERED AND MAINTAINS A ROBUST PROGRAM TO SUPPORT INNOVATIVE SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERY THROUGH A RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM WITH NEW AWARDS PROVIDED TO QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS.
