DEMENTIA FRIENDLY SALINE'S MISSION IS TO RAISE AWARENESS, PROVIDE EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY, AND TO CREATE FUN, JUDGEMENT-FREE EVENTS FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY DEMENTIA, BOTH DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY.

DEMENTIA FRIENDLY MOVIE EVENTS, HELD MONTHLY. SPECIAL MOVIE PRESENTATIONS AT COMMERCIAL THEATRE FOR PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARE PARTNERS. AVERAGE ABOUT 80 PERSONS EACH MONTH.


ALSO OFFER DEMENTIA FRIENDLY ARTS AND CRAFTS FAIR, A SPEAKERS BUREAU FOR PRESENTATIONS ABOUT DEMENTIA, AND A CAREGIVER COMPANION VOLUNTEER SUPPORT PROGRAM.


MEMORY CAFES, HELD TWICE A MONTH. INFORMAL SOCIAL EVENTS FOR PERSONS WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARE PARTNERS. AVERAGE 50 PERSONS EACH EVENT
