PROVIDE SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOUSING INSECURITY IN DOWNTOWN EAU CLAIRE: PARTNERED WITH LOCAL EMERGENCY HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS TO PLACE 10 FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOUSING INSECURITY IN PROGRAM-OWNED, LONG-TERM, SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING IN EAU CLAIRE, WI. HOUSING RENTS ARE SET AT OR BELOW FAIR MARKET RENTAL RATES, AND TENANTS ARE SUPPORTED THROUGH APPLYING FOR AVAILABLE HOUSING SUBSIDY PROGRAMS. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES RELIABLE INTERNET, WATER AND SEWER, LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL, AND WASTE REMOVAL FOR ALL TENANTS.
