ELCDC MARKETS SBA LOAN PROGRAMS, SCREENS PROJECTS FOR PROGRAM APPLICABILITY, PACKAGES LOAN PROPOSALS, WORKS WITH PRIVATE LENDERS TO SECURE COMMITMENTS, COORDINATES THE SALE OF SBA GUARANTEED DEBENTURES FOR 504 LOANS, AND SERVICES APPROVED 504 LOANS.
