THE EMPOWERED HEART INC., IS A NONPROFIT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION, WHOSE MISSION IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, ABOUT STRATEGIES, TOOLS, AND TECHNIQUES FOR SELF-DEFENSE, PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, AND EMPOWERING THEM TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. SELF-DEFENSE FOR WOMEN AND EMPOWERED HEART CIRCLES ARE PROGRAMS THAT WE OFFER TO THE COMMUNITY. EMPOWERED HEART CIRCLES ARE COMMUNITY GATHERINGS FOR SELF-LOVE, SELF-COMPASSION, AND SELF-CARE.

EMPOWERED HEART CIRCLES ARE COMMUNITY GATHERINGS FOR SELF-LOVE, SELF-COMPASSION, AND SELF-CARE TO EMPOWER OUR HEARTS, MINDS, BODIES, AND UNLEASH THE CREATOR WITHIN. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BREATHING THROUGH THE HEART MEDITATION, RELEASING FEAR-BASED EMOTIONS AND EMBRACING LOVE-BASED EMOTIONS THROUGH DEAR UNIVERSE MEDITATIONS AND CHI KUNG EXERCISES; AND CHAKRA ART TO UNLEASH THE CREATOR WITHIN. THIS INCLUDES EDUCATING PEOPLE OF STRATEGIES, TOOLS, TECHNIQUES FOR THE RESTORATION OF WELLBEING. 11 GROUP GATHERINGS AND OVER 65 INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS WERE HELD.
WE OFFER GRACIE JIU-JITSU WOMEN EMPOWERED INSTRUCTION AT CERTIFIED TRAINING CENTERS. OUR OFFICERS AND VOLUNTEERS ARE CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS OF THE WOMEN EMPOWERED PROGRAM. WE CONNECT WOMEN WHO WANT TRAINING WITH A CERTIFIED TRAINING CENTER OR WITH GRACIE UNIVERSITY. WE SPONSOR WOMEN WHO WANT TRAINING AND NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. WE CONDUCTED 2 SEMINARS AND HELD OVER 72 CLASSES, PROVIDING TRAINING TO OVER 30 STUDENTS.
THE EMPOWERED HAND IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES SAFE HANDLING AND SHOOTING EDUCATION, ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN, TO HELP THEM DEVELOP CONFIDENCE AROUND GUNS. 9 PEOPLE WERE TRAINED.
