PROGRAMS AND THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: A.SILVERTON ARTS FESTIVAL: A WEEKEND ARTS FESTIVAL JUNE 17-19 WITH PARTICIPATION BY ~40 ARTISTS. B.SUMMER SOUNDS: A SERIES OF 4 FREE CONCERTS IN THE TOWN ON THE 3RD WEEKENDS OF JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER. HAD AN AVERAGE OF 200-250 IN ATTENDANCE. C.FIRST FRIDAY ART WALK: MONTHLY GALLERY ART WALK EVENT ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH FROM JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER. D.MISTLETOE MARKET: AN EVENING MARKET FOR ~25 LOCAL ARTISTS HELD IN EARLY DECEMBER. E.OTHER ACTIVITIES AND OUTREACH: I.
