IN 2021, THE BOARD BEGAN TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBILITY OF DISSOLUTION AND TERMINATION GIVEN THAT MORE ESTABLISHED NONPROFITS HAD FOUND WAYS TO EFFECTIVELY SUPPORT ASYLUM SEEKERS DURING THE PANDEMIC. ALL BOARD MEMBERS ALSO BECAME UNABLE TO GIVE TIME NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN AND GROW FINDING HOME AND NO NEW BOARD MEMBERS COULD BE FOUND. THE ORGANIZATION WAS TERMINATED ON MAY 16, 2022.
