EDUCATION; SUPPORTS GRANTS FOR TUITION, SCHOLARSHIPS, BOOKS, HOUSING , HEALTH INSURANCE, ETC. FOR AFRICANS RESIDING FOR THE MOST PART IN AFRICA.


EMERGENCY MEDICAL RELIEF AND RESETTLEMENT: SHELTER, FOOD, BUILDING CLEAN DRINKING WATER WELLS, HELP FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, VILLAGE-LEVEL IMPROVEMENTS, ETC. FOR AFRICANS IN NEED OR AT RISK FROM DISEASE OR CONFLICT.


TRAINING AND SPECIAL PROJECTS PROVIDE GRANTS FOR SKILLS TRAINING IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, ACCOUNTING AND WORK FORCE DEVELOPMENT, AND SELECTED AREAS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS NOT INCLUDED ABOVE, SUCH AS PROVIDING WELL REHABILITATION FOR CLEAN DRINKING WATER FOR IMPOVERISHED VILLAGES.
