THE ORGANIZATION'S 2022 ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:IMPACT LITIGATION: COMPLETED THE FIRST EVER CROSS-BORDER DEATH INQUEST FOR A FILIPINA WORKER WHO SUDDENLY DIED IN HONG KONG. THE FAMILY COMPLETED THE PROCESS REMOTELY FROM THE PHILIPPINES. IN SINGAPORE, LAUNCHED THE COUNTRY'S FIRST CIVIL TRIAL FOR FALSE IMPRISONMENT OF A DOMESTIC WORKER. THE CASE HIGHLIGHTED KEY CHALLENGES IN LOCAL JURISPRUDENCE AROUND FALSE IMPRISONMENT FOR FUTURE CASES TO ADDRESS.CAPACITY BUILDING: COMPLETED OUR FIRST FULL-FLEDGED MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME FOR INDONESIAN CASEWORKERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THIS PROGRAMME TRAINED 13 CASEWORKERS, WHO TRAINED AN ADDITIONAL 105 CASEWORKERS IN HIGH-NEEDS AREAS. THE COHORT THEN HELD 56 DAY-LONG VILLAGE HELP DESKS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, REACHING OVER 1,500 BENEFICIARIES.
