PROVIDE RESOURCES TO AND SUPPORT FOR INTERNS TRAINING IN U.S. CHURCHES. 14 INTERNS IN VARIOUS CHURCHES WERE SUPPORTED THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS, TRAINING, PROVISION OF RESOURCES AND ORDINATION EXAMS.
CREATE AND PROVIDE PUBLICATIONS AND RESOURCES TO BENEFIT CHURCHES AND INDIVIDUALS. CREATED 6 NEW RESOURCES, INCLUDING 4 FOR ELDER DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING, ONE TO EXPLAIN THE PASTORAL INTERNSHIP AND ONE TO EXPLAIN THE MISSIONS INTERNSHIP.RESOURCES WERE PROVIDED TO 70 CHURCHES AND 289 INDIVIDUALS. 1087 HARD COPIES OF RESOURCES WERE PROVIDED, AS WELL AS NUMEROUS DOWNLOADS OF ELECTRONIC COPIES.
EQUIPPING CHURCHES TO PROVIDE BIBLICAL TRAINING FOR PASTORS AND OTHER LEADERS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE LOCAL CHURCH. OVER 100 CHURCHES WERE SUPPORTED THROUGH INTERN TRAINING, CONFERENCES AND INTERACTING WITH PASTORS AND CHURCH BOARDS ABOUT TRAINING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CHURCH. IN ADDITION, RESOURCES WERE PROVIDED TO 70 CHURCHES.
ASSIST CHURCHES IN TRAINING MISSIONARIES FOR INTERNATIONAL WORK. XL ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING RESOURCES AND INSTRUCTION FOR INTERNATIONAL CHURCHES.ATTENDED AN EVENT SPONSORED BY TMAI, AN INTERNATIONAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION FOR PASTORS. TRAVELED TO ROMANIA TO MEET WITH PASTORS REGARDING TRAINING IN THE CHURCH. DEVELOPED AN INTERSHIP PROGRAM TO BE COMPLETED IN LOCAL CHURCHES FOR INDIVIDUALS DESIRING TO GO OVERSEAS TO PLANT CHURCHES.
