NEWMAN INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF ARLINGTON SERVES PRE-K THROUGH GRADE 12 STUDENTS. IT IS A COLLEGE-PREP SCHOOL OF RIGOROUS CURRICULUM WHICH (A) PREPARES ITS STUDENTS TO MEET NATIONAL AND GLOBAL DEMANDS IN ACADEMIC AND CAREER FIELDS ESPECIALLY IN THE AREAS OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS AND ATHLETICS, AND MATHEMATICS (STEAM), (B) SERVES MULTI-CULTURAL STUDENTS FROM RURAL, SUB-URBAN COMMUNITIES OF ALL SOCIO-ECONOMIC BACKGROUNDS, (C) SERVES HOME-SCHOOLED STUDENTS WHO ARE LOOKING TO TRANSITION INTO PUBLIC EDUCATION (D) BELIEVES IN HIGH ACADEMIC AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY ALONG WITH SERIOUS PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT, AND (E) EMPHASIZES CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF AMERICAN HERITAGE AND VALUES.
