Describe the Organization's Mission:

Part 3 - Line 1

A NON-DENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN YOUTH CAMP AVAILABLE TO NOT-FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE YOUTH EDUCATION/RECREATIONAL BASED PROGRAMS.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

IN OVERALL CAMPERS FOR THE YEAR, WE GREW FROM 35,991 TO 43,881, REPRESENTING 22% GROWTH IN INDIVIDUALS SERVED. CAMPER DAYS GREW, TOO, THOUGH AT A LOWER RATE, FROM 57,724 TI 61,297, REPRESENTING 6% GROWTH. THIS IS BECAUSE MOST OF OUR CAMPER GROWTH WAS DURING LONE STAR LIGHTS, WHICH CONTRIBUTES ONLY A FRACTION OF A CAMPER DAY TO THE EQUATION. IN GROWTH OF LONE STAR LIGHTS ALONE, WE GREW 47% IN OUR SECOND YEAR! WE WENT FROM 16,035 GUESTS IN 2022 TO 23,447 IN 2023. ANNUAL REVENUE FROM GROUP SALES IS UP 16% FROM $3,945,190 TO $4,575,378. AN INCREDIBLE RECOVERY EXCEEDING PREPANDEMIC YEARS (2019) BY 47%!

WE OPERATED LONE STAR LIGHTS FOR THE SECOND YEAR WITH 15% GROWTH IN ATTENDANCE, HOSTING MORE THAN 20,000 GUESTS. THERE WERE REFINEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO PARK DESIGN, TREMENDOUS GROWTH AND INVESTMENT IN PARKING TO TRIPLE THE ACREAGE, AND EXPERIMENTATION WITH SOME NEW INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES FOR GUESTS. THE OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE GREW SUBSTANTIALLY, AND WE HOSTED SOME CORPORATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES THAT ALLOWED EMPLOYEES TO ENJOY THE PARK AFTER THEIR DINNER AND CEREMONIES.
