THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED IS TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION IN AGRICULTURE AND OUR AGRICULTURAL HERITAGE, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP SKILLS, ESPECIALLY BY YOUTH IN LANGLADE COUNTY.

THE COUNTY FAIR IS AN ANNUAL EVENT HELD TO BRING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER AND ALLOW YOUTH AND ADULTS TO EXHIBIT PROJECTS THEY HAVE MADE, GROWN, OR RAISED; PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES SUCH AS FACE-TO-FACE JUDGING FOR PARTICIPANTS AND AGRICULTURAL INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHILE RAISING FUNDS FOR YOUTH AND SENIOR ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
THE LANGLADE COUNTY FAIR IS ALSO MANAGING CAMP SUSAN WHICH IS A FACILITY LOCATED IN LANGLADE COUNTY WHICH IS RENTED OUT TO GROUPS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS WITH PRIORITY GIVEN TO YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS AND CIVIC AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
