TRINITY CONTINUING CARE SERVICES (TCCS), BASED IN LIVONIA, MI, IS A LEADING ADVOCATE OF THE HOLISTIC, INDIVIDUAL-FIRST BRAND OF SENIOR CARE. TCCS ENCOURAGES FELLOWSHIP AND INDEPENDENCE WHILE SERVING SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. TCCS RESIDENTS ARE VALUED AND EMPOWERED TO MAKE DECISIONS THAT AFFECT THEIR LIVES. TCCS OWNS AND OPERATES A TOTAL OF 23 LONG-TERM CARE CENTERS AND SENIOR HOUSING COMMUNITIES, 20 OF WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, ONE IN IOWA AND TWO IN MASSACHUSETTS.
