THE LUTHERAN HOME, INC. PROVIDES REHABILITATION SERVICES, SKILLED NURSING, SPECIALIZED MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING, ADULT DAY SERVICES, AND CHILD CARE.

160 BED NURSING HOME AND 65 UNIT COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY.THE NURSING HOME OFFERS ALL PRIVATE ROOMS FOR SHORT AND LONG TERM STAYS. THE NURSING HOME OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING A REHABILITATION CENTER FOR PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY. ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE PHYSICIAN VISITS, SOCIAL SERVICES, IN-HOUSE BEAUTY SHOP, RECREATIONAL THERAPY, DENTIST VISITS, CHURCH SERVICES, AND DIETICIAN. APPROXIMATELY 135 BEDS WERE FILLED DURING THE YEAR.THE COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY OFFERS ALL PRIVATE UNITS FOR DEMENTIA RESIDENTS. SERVICES INCLUDE 24 HOURS NURSING SERVICES, 3 MEALS PER DAY, RECREATIONAL THERAPY, HOUSEKEEPING, AND LAUNDRY SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 65 OF THE 72 BEDS WERE FILLED DURING THE YEAR.
CHILD CARE - THE LUTHERAN HOME OFFERS A CHILD CARE PROGRAM FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN. THE PROGRAM OFFERS A MEAL PLAN FOR CHILDREN WHO SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY IN DAY CARE. CHILD CARE AVERAGED 51 CHILDREN IN THE PROGRAM DURING THE YEAR.
MIND EFFECTS - THE LUTHERAN HOME REOPENED THE MIND EFFECTS PROGRAM IN 2021, WHICH IS A DAY PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MILD MEMORY LOSS OR A FAMILY HISTORY OF DEMENTIA. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES MEALS FOR PARTICIPANTS.
