RISK MODELING INCLUDING RESEARCH AND THE CONVENING OF A CROSS-SECTOR WORKING GROUP TO BUILD AN ACTUARIALLY-SOUND, PREDICTIVE MODEL OF THE RISK-MITIGATING BENEFITS OF SOIL HEALTH PRACTICES, DESIGNED AS A TOOL TO INFORM LENDERS AND INSURERS TO INCENTIVIZE SOIL HEALTH PRACTICE ADOPTION.


POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS THAT ENCOURAGE ECONOMIC INCENTIVES FOR PRODUCERS AND IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC SOIL HEALTH INFRASCTURE AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL.
