IN 2021, PROVIDED TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING, AND COACHING TO 4,500 EDUCATORS AND YOUTH SERVICE PROVIDERS AT OVER 250 ORGANIZATIONS FROM ACROSS NORTH AMERICA IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN THEIR CAPACITY TO PROMOTE RACIAL HEALING, WELL-BEING, AND ADVANCE SOCIAL CHANGE FOR URBAN YOUTH. PROVIDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CAPACITY BUILDING ASSISTANCE TO INCREASE WELL-BEING, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION WITHIN YOUTH SERVING INSTITUTIONS.
