THE GEI IS A FREE ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL THAT PROVIDES COFFEE ROASTERS AND CHOCOLATE BRANDS AND THEIR AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS PARTNERS A SYSTEMATIC WAY TO IDENTIFY THEIR GENDER EQUITY GAPS IN SERVICE PROVISION, GAIN ACCESS TO "RIGHT-FIT" SOLUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND BUILD INTERNAL CAPACITY TO DELIVER SERVICES IN A WAY THAT REACHES AND BENEFITS WOMEN EQUALLY TO MEN. THE GEI DIAGNOSTIC RETURNS A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR HOW COMPANIES AND THEIR SUPPLY CHAIN PARTNERS CAN IMPROVE THEIR PERFORMANCE ON GENDER EQUITABLE SERVICE PROVISION. THIS RESULTING GEI REPORT IS THE BASIS FOR BUILDING A GENDER EQUITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (GEDP), WHICH BECOMES THE COMPANY'S ROADMAP FOR PROGRESS AND COMMUNICATING YOUR EFFORTS AND ADVANCES TO THE MARKET.
