THE PARITYINDEX:A PRIVATE DASHBOARD IS CREATED FOR COMPANIES TO MEASURE AND REPORT ON THEIR PROGRESS TOWARD GENDER AND RACIAL PARITY. WE DEVELOPED PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMS TO PROVIDE UNIQUE INSIGHTS FOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION LEADERS TO BE MORE TARGETED AND EFFECTIVE IN CHANGING THE GENDER AND RACIAL PROFILE IN THEIR COMPANY. WE ALSO STARTED TO DESIGN AN "ENTERPRISE DASHBOARD" FOR ORGANIZATIONS (E.G., VC, ASSOCIATIONS) WANT TO MONITOR THEIR PORTFOLIO COMPANIES' PROGRESS IN DEI.PARITY INDEX HIGHLIGHTS: 5 COMPANIES ARE NOW ON THE INDEX ACG CONTRACT SIGNED AS FIRST ENTERPRISE PARTNER

MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS:PARITY.ORG HAS A DAILY PRESENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO RAISE AWARENESS AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE ISSUE OF GENDER AND RACIAL PARITY IN BUSINESS. IN ADDITION, WE MANAGE PROGRAMS THAT ENGAGE BUSINESS PARTNERS IN EFFORTS TO TAKE ACTION TO CLOSE THE PARITY GAPS. THESE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BEST COMPANIES FOR WOMEN TO ADVANCE LIST (AN ANNUAL LIST THAT COMPANIES APPLY TO BE ON TO SIGNIFY THEIR DEDICATION TO GENDER PARITY), AND THE PARITY MODEL (A ROADMAP TO REACHING GENDER AND RACIAL PARITY IN AN ORGANIZATION).RESULTS: OUR NEW PARITYPLEDGE FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR ROLLED OUT IN THE SUMMER OF 2020, AND AFTER TESTING THE INITIAL RESULTS OF THE FIRST COHORT, WE DISCOVERED A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE PERCENT OF POC THAT WERE PLACED INTO LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE POSITIONS.
