PWIA CONFERENCE AND EIA AWARDS: WGR'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROVIDES GR PROFESSIONALS THE INFORMATION, TOOLS AND CONTACTS ATTENDEES NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENT THEIR ORGANIZATION OR CAUSE. THERE WERE 250 IN ATTENDANCE VIRTUALLY.
DEI SUMMIT: THE DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (DEI) VIRTUAL SUMMIT, IS A SINGLE EVENT WITH CONTENT SPREAD ACROSS 3 DAYS THAT PROVIDES PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR GOVERNMENT RELATIONS PROFESSIONALS ALLOWING THEM TO ENGAGE IN CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS AND EXERCISES AROUND RELEVANT TOPICS THAT WILL EQUIP THEM WITH THE TOOLS TO IMPROVE THEIR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND WORKPLACES. THERE WERE 280+ IN ATTENDANCE VIRTUALLY.
CONGRESSIONAL RECEPTION: CELEBRATE THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF OUR CONGRESSIONAL AWARDEES AND THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS AS LEADERS IN THE FIELD. THE CONGRESSIONAL RECEPTION WAS CREATED TO SHOW BIPARTISAN SUPPORT FOR THE GROWING NUMBER OF EXEMPLARY WOMEN IN OFFICE. DURING THIS SPECIAL EVENT, WGR REFLECTS AND HAS OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATTENDEES TO CONNECT AND HEAR FROM OUR AWARDEES AND HONORARY CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS WHO HAVE SPENT THEIR LIVES DEVOTED TO PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH THEIR LEADERSHIP. THERE WERE 144 IN ATTENDANCE VIRTUALLY.
GOVERNORS RECEPTION: THIS RECEPTION BRINGS TOGETHER OVER 200 STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS PROFESSIONALS IN WDC, THE HIGHEST ELECTED STATE OFFICIALS AND THEIR STAFF FOR AN INTIMATE EVENING OF NETWORKING, RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND HONORING STATE FEMALE LEADERS INCLUDING OUR GOVERNOR'S AWARDEE AND GOVERNOR'S STAFF AWARDEE.
