IN 2021 REPRESENTWOMEN ENGAGED IN YEAR-LONG STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MEASUREMENT & EVALUATION PROCESSES THAT STRENGTHENED OUR INTERNAL CAPACITY AND ENABLED NEW PARTNERSHIPS TO ADVANCE WOMENS REPRESENTATION AND LEADERSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES.
IN 2021 REPRESENTWOMEN, INC SERVED AS FISCAL SPONSOR FOR RCV MARYLAND. THE GRASSROOTS COALITION FOCUSED ITS WORK IN 2021 ON BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL MUNICIPAL LEGISLATORS AND ELECTION ADMINISTRATORS. RCVMD PRESENTED ON RANKED CHOICE VOTING TO THE GREENBELT BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND THE ROCKVILLE CHARTER COMMISSION. WE ALSO SUPPORTED REGIONAL RCV EFFORTS, PROVIDING TESTIMONY ON THE VOICE ACT IN DC. WE WERE AWARDED AN ACCELERATOR GRANT BY UNITE AMERICA AND HAVE PARTICIPATED IN REGULAR MEETINGS TO SUPPORT OUR PROGRAM.
