ONLY SIGNIFICANT EVENT DURING THE YEAR IS THE JACK TO JACK YACHT RACE. STANDARDIZED BOATS MEASURING 18 INCHES LONG AND ALL BUILT TO BE A REPLICA OF JACK LONDON'S BOAT THE SNARK. THE BOATS FLOAT DOWN SONOMA CREEK, .7 MILE COURSE FROM JACK LONDON LODGE TO JACK LONDON VILLAGE. THE NAMING RIGHTS TO THE MINIATURE BOATS WERE PURCHASED AT AUCTION BY LOCAL CONTRIBUTORS. HOWEVER, AGAIN, DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE ANNUAL RACE HAS BEEN POSTPONED.
