THE PATHWAY TO ACCOMPLISHING HAND IN HAND'S VISION IS THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STRATEGICALLY LOCATED FACILITY IN GLYNN COUNTY THAT UTILIZIES THE NATIONALLY PROVEN SUCCESS OF A HOUSING FIRST MODEL.
