CIRCLE HAVEN A COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ENSURING ACCESS TO THE HIGHEST QUALIFTY OF SERVICES AND SUPPORTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITES. IT IS COMMITTED TO CUSTOMIZED, PERSON CENTERED SUPPORT MODELS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITES REGARDLESS OF THEIR LEVEL OF DISABILITY. IT WILL IMPLEMENT PROGRAMMING DESIGNED AND OVERSEEN BY OUTSTANDING CLINCIANS AND WILL DEVELOP SUPPORT MODELS THAT WILL BE SUSTAINABLE IN THE LONG TERM.
