EDUCATION: CHILDREN AND YOUTH RECEIVED ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE AND COUNSELING EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL TO AUGMENT THEIR PUBLIC EDUCATION AND PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE TO STUDY AND LEARN TOGETHER DURING NON-PUBLIC SCHOOL HOURS. CHILDREN AND YOUTH ATTENDING INCLUDE FIRST YEAR OF PROMARY SCHOOL THROUGH GRAUDATION FROM SECONDARY SCHOOL ALONG WITH FINANCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND SOCIAL SUPPORT IF THE PARTICULAR STUDENT CHOOSES TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY OR TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
