PROJECT THRIVE IS MVAS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND IS DESIGNED TO INVEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION OF MINORITY VETERAN LEADERS TO RETURN TO LEAD THEIR COMMUNITIES.
