PROVIDE COMMUNITY, EDUCATION, AND ACCESS TO BLACK AND LATINX ENTREPRENEURS ALLOWING THEM TO BUILD SUCCESSFUL TECH BUSINESSES WITH MODEST RESOURCES. DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROGRAMS THAT OFFER BEST PRACTICES FOR BUSINESS FOUNDERS OF COLOR IN THE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY.

WE SEE THAT THE NEEDLE OF CHANGE WONT MOVE BY ITSELF, AND TODAYS SOCIAL AND POLITICAL CLIMATE IS INCREASINGLY UNSAFE FOR BLACK AND LATINX PEOPLE. MONEY PROVIDES PEOPLE WITH SAFETY, AGENCY, AND POWER, OWNERSHIP IS A KEY DRIVER OF WEALTH. THEREFORE, OUR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO USE TECH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A VEHICLE TO HELP CLOSE THE WEALTH GAP AND CREATE PATHWAYS TO FINANCIAL STABILITY FOR THE FOUNDERS WE SERVE.OUR APPROACH HAS BEEN TO CREATE A VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO UNLOCK FOUNDERS UNIQUE TALENTS, HELP BUILD THEIR PROTOTYPE, AND LAUNCH A STARTUP IN 10 WEEKS. IT INCLUDES VIDEO LESSONS, LIVE COACHING, A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY, WORKBOOK AND TOOLS. WE PILOTED WITH 20 FOUNDERS IN 2019, AND SCALING CAPACITY TO SERVE HUNDREDS IN 2020.
