PRODUCT AND SERVICE DISCOUNTS:PSAI ASSISTS MEMBERS IN FINDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT ARE DISCOUNTED BASED ON THEIR PARTICULAR NEED. IF THESE GOODS NEED TO BE PUBLICLY BID, WE ASSIST IN FINDING A BID PROGRAM THAT FITS THE REQUIREMENT.PSAI HAS PUT TOGETHER OFFERINGS FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP TO ACCESS THROUGH CONTRACT SHARING. THE PROGRAM NOW BRINGS DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES ON A VARIETY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO OVER 13,800 MEMBERS ACROSS THE U.S. AND SEVERAL PROVINCES.WE PROCESSED SEVERAL NEW PUBLIC BIDS DURING THE YEAR, SOME TO ASSIST WITH COVID-19 PRODUCTS. WE HAVE USED CONTRACTORS AND VOLUNTEERS TO COMPLETE THIS WORK TO EDUCATE MEMBERS. NEW WEBSITE IS COMPLETED. COVID SOURCING AND CONTRACTS WERE AGAIN VERY IMPORTANT TO THE MEMBERSHIP.
BEST PRACTICE FORUMS:PSAI HELPS EDUCATE OUR MEMBERSHIP BY TRAVELING TO INDUSTRY TRADE EVENTS AND SPEAKING ABOUT BEST PRACTICES AND WAYS TO MAKE YOUR BUDGET DOLLARSGO FURTHER. PSAI ALSO USES WEBINARS TO HELP OUR MEMBERS LEARN FROM THE CONVENIENCE OF THEIR HOME OR BUSINESS.THIS YEAR WITH COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS OUR FORUMS WERE ALL VIRTUAL. WE EITHER HOSTED OR SPONSORED AROUND 20 MEETINGS THIS YEAR TO HELP EDUCATE ABOUT ISSUES OR PROGRAM SOLUTIONS AND SPEAK TO THE VALUE WE ARE BRINGING MEMBERS.MOST OF THIS WORK WAS DONE WITH VOLUNTEERS ALONG WITH SOME CONTRACTING HELP.
GRANT SEARCHES AND GRANT WRITING:AGENCIES ACROSS THE NATION ARE STRUGGLING TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. BUDGET MONEY IS BECOMING HARDER AND HARDER TO GET. PSAI ASSISTS MEMBERS IN FINDING GRANTS AND INDEPENDENT GRANT WRITERS TO HELP OUR MEMBERS WITH THE PROJECTS THEY ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT. PSAI IS WORKING ON A GRANT WRITING OFFERING SERVICE FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP.
