THE NATIONAL FUNERAL DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION PROVIDES GENERAL SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS SUCH AS A WEBSITE, MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CALL CENTER), PROMOTION OF PUBLIC AWARENESS, ADVOCACY, AND MEMBER BENEFIT PROGRAMS (HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING, CREDIT CARD SERVICES, ETC.), AND IMPROVES INDUSTRY SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 19,900 MEMBERS WERE SERVED DURING THE YEAR.
THE NATIONAL FUNERAL DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS ON A CONTINUING BASIS TO KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED ON THE LATEST TECHNICAL, BUSINESS, AND REGULATORY DEVELOPMENTS. OVER 5,800 MEMBERS ATTENDED SEMINARS DURING THE YEAR.
