PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 10,000 BED-NIGHTS, WITH 65% OF THOSE BED-NIGHTS BELONGING TO CHILDREN. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSITIONS PROGRAM PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT, CRISIS INTERVENTION AND HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION, AS WELL AS FULLY FURNISHED HOUSING. RESIDENTS RECEIVE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO LEARN ABOUT BUDGETING, PARENTING, AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
