HOPE NOT HANDCUFFS IS AN INITIATIVE AMINED AT BRINGING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TOGETHER IN AN EFFORT OTO FIND VIABLE TREATEMENT OPTIONS FOR INIDIVDUALS SEEKING HELP TO REDUCE DEPENDENCY WITH HEROIN, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCE. THEY ARE WORKING WITH MORE THAN 79 LAW ENFORECEMTN AGENCIES AND HAS HELPED MORE THAN 3900 PARTICIPANTS CONNECT TO TREATMENT


BROCK HANEY & ETHAN BECK MEMORIAL PADDLE RUN EVENT IS FOR TWO YOUNG MEN THAT SUCCUMBED TO ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE, BOTH FAMILIES BECAME COMMITTED TO HELPING THE PARTNERSHIP FIGHT DRUG ABUSE IN THEIR SON'S MEMORIES.
