THE CENTER OFFERS MINDFULNESS-BASED TRAINING, MEDITATION, ART THERAPY, TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA, INFORMED YOGA,INDIVIDUAL AND PEER-LED ADDICTION AND RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUP SESSIONS, DANCE AND MOVEMENT CLASSES, HOLISTIC BASED TREATMENTS, AND FAMILY NAVIGATORS TO HELP REMOVE THE MANY BARRIERS TO FINDING ADDICTION TREATMENT WITH REAL TIME SOLUTIONS TO INSURANCE CHALLENGES SO THAT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE READY CAN ACCESS TREATMENT ON DEMAND.
